PlsPlan Terms of Service

PlsPlan helps students turn messy school reality into a workable plan without manual calendar micromanagement. PlsPlan is a decision and planning aid, not an official school record. You remain responsible for checking your school deadlines and obligations.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of plsplan.com, the PlsPlan application, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlsPlan. If you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, you may use PlsPlan only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. What PlsPlan does
PlsPlan is an adaptive student planning product. It captures homework messages, worksheets, test dates, and assignments, helps schedule preparation sessions backwards from deadlines, and recommends what to focus on next.
PlsPlan is not an official school information system or emergency reminder service. You remain responsible for verifying critical school requirements against your original school communications.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all schoolwork, messages, notes, and documents you submit to PlsPlan (“Your Content”). You grant PlsPlan a limited license to process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt to breach security, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer the platform, or access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
6. Service Changes & Availability
PlsPlan is an evolving product. Features may be refined, improved, or modified as we develop the service. While we strive for continuous availability, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlsPlan is provided “as is” and “as available”. PlsPlan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on planning suggestions.
